Drying equipment is installed in the premises to dry down the property from excess moisture. This can include dehumidifiers, airscrubbers, heaters and airmovers. All floor surfaces are vacuumed using HEPA filtered vacuum cleaners, walls and surfaces are cleaned using antimicrobial cleaning agents, bathroom and kitchen surfaces are scrubbed clean. If carpet or hard surfaces have beebn retained they are also cleaned. During the physical cleaning process, the atmosphere is constantly being filtered and cleansed using ventilation fans and carbon filters, HEPA air scrubbers.

Once all of the physical cleaning has been completed, the property is' fogged' twice. The first fogging process fills the premises with a smoke type vapour of antimicrobial agents which permeat all areas of the dwelling disinfecting even areas that cannot be reached. The dwelling is then treated with ozone to remove any lingering odour and finally fogged once more with an encapsulating agent which will ensnare any residues left on any surface.
