Once we take control of the premises, we immediately secure it. This is done in a number of ways and can include external perimeter fencing (typically we use this secure fencing when dealing with chemical drug laboratories), security cameras, chains and padlocks and surveillance. Most properties are secured with existing locking apparatus and infra red motion detecting cameras to detect any activity on site.

Plumbing and electrical fittings are checked and made safe. All personal items from the dwelling that are salvageable are locked up on site in secure mobile storage trailers.
